Relax & raise your vibration. Ignite one end of your Smudging Stick with a candle and let it burn for approx. 30 sec. Blow the flame out, and rest the stick on a fireproof dish. The stick will smolder for a few minutes. Relight as necessary. For best results, use with our Crystal Clear intention candle.
